The Embroidery Factory specializes in computerized embroidery of your custom logo
design on the finest quality casual wear fashions. We take pride in our high quality
products and exceptional craftsmanship. We have helped many businesses and
organizations in the area by providing them with the very best merchandise...sweaters,
shirts, jackets, sweats, totes, caps, aprons, towels and much more! We carry
several designer lines as well as a full line of women's and children's wear.

1989, we have been serving the Yacht Clubs, Boating Organizations and Corporations
of Northern California. We have founded this company on providing service for
small businesses, groups and organizations as well as the individual. We have LOW MINIMUMS!

Because sizing varies between manufacturers, please view our Sizing Chart to make sure
you get the proper fit.

Special Nautical Designs
Some items are available with our Custom Nautical Design. Designs on the website
reflect various yacht club burgees so you can see how the finished product would
look. Please follow the instructions below regarding Custom Name Embroidery to
make sure your boat or club name is ordered properly. If we do not have your
burgee set up in our system, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss set up
costs. You may not order garments with other yacht club burgees.
Custom Logo or Artwork
To include your logo or artwork on the garments you've ordered,
please attach them to an email and send to graphics@embroideryfactory.com.
Images may be in any standard format such as .gif or .jpg. If you need assistance
or would like to discuss a custom logo, please call us at (707)746-7625
or email us.
Custom logos are an additional cost. As soon as we receive your
graphics, we will e-mail you the quote and ask you to confirm you want
us to continue with the order. A new logo can take up to 2 weeks to
have set up and approval is required. We can e-mail a sample sew out or
we can mail the sample directly to you for approval.
Custom Name Embroidery
Please use the Comments Box/Additional Instructions box on the Order Review
Page during the checkout process to specify club and boat names. Any additional
information should also be included in the Comments Box.
All prices listed on our website are the retail cost. All orders of 25 or more of
a single item will receive a discount of 20% after order has been submitted.
All prices also include embroidery of up to 6,000 stitches.
If your logo or graphic is larger than approximately
heart size, please call us at (707)746-7625 or email us for a quote.
If ordering for a yacht club, please include your club name and membership number.
Any orders placed for/by yacht clubs will only be shipped directly to the club for
pickup and payment.

Shipping rates are as follows:
1-5 Items: 10.00
6-11 Items: 15.00
12-18 Items: 20.00
If you are ordering 19 or more items, please contact us at
(707)746-7625 for a quote for shipping charges.
Your garments are custom embroidered to your specifications. Please
expect delivery approximately 2 to 4 weeks after ordering. Custom
embroidered items are not returnable unless there has been an error
on the part of Embroidery Factory. Should this occur, please contact
Customer Service at (707)746-7625 for a Return Authorization number
and instructions.
Due to the time for embroidering your selections, please expect
delivery within 2-4 weeks of placing your order.

While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors
in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order
based on an incorrect price or description.
